  • Nursery – Birth – 3 years (available during worship services and Sunday School)
  • Sunday School: 2 & 3 Year Olds Class, Pre-K/K Class, 1st & 2nd Grade Class, 3rd & 4th Grade Class, Tweens Class for 5th & 6th Graders
  • Children’s Church: 4 year old Pre-K – Elementary School Ages during our 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services
  • Kingdom Kids: – Sundays 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (2nd – 5th Grade may be dropped off) (1st Grade and under may attend with a parent/guardian.)
  • Kingdom Kids: – W.O.W. Worship on Wednesdays – 4 year old Pre-K – 5th Grade – Meets September – April from 3:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Toddler Tuesday: – For Toddlers through Pre-school age children with a parent, grandparent, or caretaker. – Meets September – May from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • Easter Egg Hunt – Methodist Campground – March/April
  • Vacation Bible School – June
  • Camp Meeting Children’s Camp – Following the Third Sunday in July
  • Family & Faith Festival – October
  • Family Mission Project – November
  • Operation Christmas Child Mission Project – November

Nursery Ministry

We provide a nursery during our 8:30 a.m. Worship Service, 9:45 a.m. Sunday School, and 11:00 a.m. Worship Services. Our nursery serves children from birth to three years old in a loving and safe environment.   

 

We ask that only healthy children and volunteers enter the nursery. 
 
 

Children's Church

We are pleased to provide a special worship time during both our 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services.

Children’s church is designed especially for children from 4-year-old Pre-K – through elementary school ages. Children will enjoy engaging worship, lessons, prayer, and activities especially for them. 

Please check your children in at the welcome center before church.

Volunteer Schedule

We are so thankful for our volunteers! We rely on a team of dedicated volunteers to minister to our children during children’s church. If you would like to serve in this area please click on the following links to sign up or see the schedule. 
  
 
 
All volunteers are required to be up to date with Safe Sanctuaries. You will be contacted if you need to update your training. Thank you so much for investing in the lives of our children!

Sunday Nights

Join us on Sunday nights from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Social hall for a fun time of games and worship as we learn about being a part of God’s Kingdom. A snack supper will be provided. Children in 2nd – 5th grade may be dropped off to attend Kingdom Kids on Sunday nights. Younger children are welcome to come with a parent or grandparent in attendance.

W.O.W.

Worship on Wednesdays

Kingdom Kids W.O.W. is for children from 4 years old Pre-K through 5th Grade. We meet on Wednesdays form 3:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. in the Family Life Center for Worship, interactive Bible study, art, gym time, fun, and games!

Don’t miss out on W.O.W.! You can register your children for W.O.W. by filling out the registration form below or scan the QR Code. Our first W.O.W. for the 2024-2025 school year will be on September 4.

Confirmation Classes

It’s time for Confirmation Classes here at Springfield Oaks to begin. We are excited for the journey these students will continue to take with their faith in Jesus. The Confirmation Class is designed for students in the fifth grade and above.

Schedule:

March 2nd – Informational Meeting -9:45am – MEB
March 9th – 3pm – 4:30pm – Confirmation Class
March 14th & 15th – Confirmation Retreat
March 23rd – 3pm – 4:30pm – Confirmation Class
March 30th – 3pm – 4:30pm – Confirmation Class
Start March 31st – Pastor/Parent & Student Interviews
Sunday, April 27th – Confirmands Join the Church
